JENNIFER NICOLE STANG

Founder/Director/Writer

Round Table Pictures (previously named Heart Anchor Productions) was founded by Jennifer Nicole Stang in 2011. Jennifer was born in Argentina, and has lived in the UK, Spain, the US and Canada. Jennifer has produced award-winning music videos, web series, and short films along with The Unfamiliar feature with Dark Matter Studios. As writer/director, Jennifer's short film, The Lake, which received the award for BEST FANTASY FILM from the Mexico International Film Festival, is featured on GAIA TV. Jennifer produced Les Nuages (The Clouds) starring Livvy Stubenrauch (voice of young Anna from Disney's Oscar-winning film, FROZEN) and produced the original award-winning series, Englishman in L.A., starring Eddie Jemison (Ocean's 11, 12, 13), Cameron Moir (Non-Stop) and Ashley Fink (Glee) which received rave reviews from In Touch Magazine and Broadway World, a number of awards from Los Angeles Web Fest and currently streams on Amazon Prime. Her award-winning short film, The Whistler, won 1st Prize BEST FANTASY SHORT at Flickers Rhode Island Film Festival, BEST THRILLER at Amsterdam International Film Festival, BEST SHORT and BEST DIRECTOR at Miami Fear Fest, BEST SHORT at NYC Horror Film Festival, and BEST INTERNATIONAL SHORT FILM at Women in Horror Film Festival, amongst others. The Whistler was nominated for two LEO awards, and has been accepted to over 60 festivals including St. Louis International Film Festival and Blood in the Snow Film Festival. The Whistler is currently streaming on SHUDDER. Jennifer's feature length script, Blackwood Falls won Best Horror at the LA Film & Script Festival, and was top finalist at Shriekfest, New York Screenplay Contest, VisionFest, and Independent Horror Movie Awards. Jennifer is also on the board of the Big Sound Film Festival.

Greg Blyth is an author and screenwriter, born in Pretoria, South Africa. He graduated from the South African School of Film before furthering his studies through UCLA Writer's Program (L.A.) and Curtis Brown Creative (London). His debut novel, The List, is available on Amazon and he is currently finishing up his second book – a thriller set in Eastern Europe during WW1.

Having been previously employed as script writer and Head of Development for Dark Matter Studios, Greg has had the privilege of collaborating with very talented filmmakers and writers from all around the world. Now, Greg has joined Round Table Pictures to write and develop feature length films and television series.

 

Writers who have inspired Greg's work the most include Stieg Larsson, Sol Stein, George R R Martin, Dennis Lehane, Jonathan and Christopher Nolan, Jo Nesbo and Khaled Hosseini.

EMMETT LEE STANG

Composer

EMMETT LEE STANG was born in Guildford, UK. Having grown up in Canada and the United States, he began his career in music, touring extensively on the East Coast with drummer Jimmy Coleman (John Legend, Eric Hutchison, Diahann Carroll) and bassist Kevin Vecchione (Greg Howe, Richie Kotzen). Emmett sold CDs and DVDs of a live show, recorded and filmed at the Grapestreet Philadelphia, produced by Phil Nicolo (Aerosmith, Sting, Bob Dylan) and Skip Drinkwater (Norman Connors, Eddie Henderson) and received rave reviews from The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Loquitor, Philly News, and Phoenixville News, amongst others.

After moving to Los Angeles, Emmett continued with his solo work as well as composing for short films and web series. Emmett has composed and mixed sound for a number of productions including The Devil’s Snare, Sword Play, Early Bird, and Les Nuages. The Devil’s Snare was nominated for best sound design at the TERROR film festival in 2013. Now back in Canada, Emmett composed the music and mixed  sound for the award-winning short film, THE WHISTLER, currently streaming on SHUDDER and has recently completed the score for The Rain, which is now is post-production.
